At 804 Escentials, each product is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Because of the personal and hygienic nature of home fragrance products, all sales are final.

Do you offer refunds, returns, or exchanges?

At this time, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason. This includes (but is not limited to):

• Change of mind

• Fragrance preference (e.g., “I didn’t like the scent”)

• Perceived scent strength or longevity

• Heat exposure after delivery

• Handmade variations in color or appearance

Fragrance is highly personal, and individual experiences can vary based on preference, environment, and body chemistry. For this reason, we encourage customers to carefully review scent descriptions before placing an order.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Once an order has shipped and tracking confirms delivery, 804 Escentials is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for orders marked as delivered.

We recommend contacting your local USPS office and filing a claim if needed. We’re always happy to help guide you through that process.
