When wax melts contain a high fragrance load, changes in temperature can sometimes cause a small amount of fragrance oil to separate from the wax and seep onto the packaging. This is what has occurred with these wax cakes.

When your order arrives:

1. Put on a pair of disposable gloves.
2. Remove the wax cake from the inner bag.
3. Set the clean outer bag aside.
4. Use a paper towel to gently wipe away any excess fragrance oil from the wax cake.
5. Place the wax cake into the clean outer bag.
6. Discard the used paper towel and inner bag.

Please Note: Fragrance oils can stain or damage certain surfaces and materials. We recommend covering your work area before handling the wax and disposing of any oily paper towels immediately after use.

The wax itself is not defective and will melt and perform as intended. This is strictly a cosmetic issue caused by temperature fluctuations and fragrance oil seepage.
